Planning Your Training

Education Planning is common among credit union staff even when employees are proficient in performing their current job. CU*BASE software goes through several enhancements each year, meaning opportunities for training to introduce your staff to new or changed functionality. Whether classes are taught in the classroom, via web conference, or viewing a recorded class posted to our OnDemand site education is a valuable source of learning and understanding.

Unsure of which classes your credit union needs or who to send to a particular class? CU*Answers has developed a planning worksheet to help with your selection. Use it as a quick reference to plan training for your staff. Remember that these are just suggestions and we believe there are a number of classes that have benefit for every credit union employee!

If you find classes listed but are not offered at a convenient time, remember that any course or topic can be offered via web conference as a special request for one or more participants.
