Quality Control Introduction

Welcome to the Quality Control Team site. The primary functions of this team include the routing of all project requests generated through the Software Development Life Cycle, programming specification and documentation writing, QC testing of various CU*BASE and interface products, and technical support to the Client Services and Programming Teams.

The QC Team is comprised of five members who perform various tasks which assist CU*Answers in delivering a 'quality' CU*BASE product to our credit unions. We begin with the task of moving quite a lot of paperwork (project requests) through the system and tracking their whereabouts (status) in our Project Tracking Database.

We have a technical writer who handles the writing of programming specifications, documentation, both hard copy and online help, as well as the preparation of presentation pieces for meetings and educational sessions.

We have three members who provide QC testing of all aspects of the CU*BASE product such as It’s Me 247, CU*BASE, CU*BASE GOLD, CU*EASY PAY, loan forms testing, vendor interface testing, etc.

In the coming year the QC Team will be assisting the Product Team in setting the "PACE" and with project management. Our goal for this site will be to improve communication, providing information on what's happening and how it will effect you and/or our clients.
